Why did NP3 Fastigheter move?
Written after the close on
NP3 Fastigheter fell very sharply, with no company news to explain it. Over the five days the shares still rose slightly while the OMX Stockholm 30 fell slightly, so they moved against the market. Preferred shares pay a fixed dividend and trade much like a bond, which makes them sensitive to interest rates and to the property sector, so that sensitivity likely drove the sharp last-session fall while the wider market was roughly flat.
