Service scope
ChartCompass provides market-research, charting, alerting, strategy-testing, portfolio-review, paper-workflow, and explanatory software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser and does not execute live trades.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, actions taken through your account, and lawful use. Do not probe or bypass security, disrupt the service, misuse provider data, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use ChartCompass to violate law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions
Paid access uses the plan, interval, price, tax disclosure, and renewal terms shown through the live billing flow before commitment. Existing subscriptions remain on their existing price until the customer initiates a supported change. Cancellation and payment management use the available hosted billing controls.
Data, outputs, and decisions
Market data and source material can be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, corrected, or unavailable. Calculations, backtests, risk models, alerts, and AI explanations can be wrong or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying information and for every financial decision.
Availability and changes
Features, provider coverage, plan limits, and service availability may change as the product evolves. ChartCompass may restrict abusive or unsafe use and may suspend access needed to protect users or the service. No uninterrupted availability, investment outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised here.
Content and responsibility
ChartCompass software, design, and original content remain protected by applicable rights. Third-party market data and sources remain subject to their own terms. Any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected; final entity, jurisdiction, notice, and liability language requires owner approval before launch.
