Market-data and AI boundary

Research evidence is not a promise

This disclaimer describes current ChartCompass evidence boundaries and remains subject to explicit owner review before the public website’s final release.

Not personalized advice

ChartCompass provides general research software and information. It does not know every user’s financial position, objectives, tax status, legal circumstances, or risk tolerance and does not provide individualized investment, brokerage, tax, or legal advice.

Market data and sources

Prices, volumes, fundamentals, events, news, estimates, classifications, and other source material may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, corrected, stale, unavailable, or inconsistent across providers. Timestamps and source labels should be checked against primary records before material use.

Calculations, tests, and risk models

Indicators, rankings, comparisons, backtests, optimizations, scenarios, correlations, and risk estimates depend on selected data and assumptions. Historical results do not predict future outcomes. Modeled fills, costs, liquidity, taxes, and execution may differ materially from live conditions.

AI-generated explanations

AI can summarize or organize available evidence and can hallucinate, omit context, misunderstand a source, or state an inference too strongly. ChartCompass aims to preserve citations and uncertainty, but users must verify important claims and never treat generated language as a trade instruction.

Alerts and availability

Alerts and notifications can be late, duplicated, missed, or unavailable because of data, network, device, provider, or service conditions. They are convenience tools and must not be the sole control for time-critical execution or risk management.

Your decision

Financial markets can produce losses, including losses beyond an initial expectation. You remain responsible for independent verification, position sizing, execution, and professional advice. Final legal scope and jurisdiction language requires owner approval before launch.
