Methodology
The general sequence is observe, verify, calculate, then explain. Deterministic market calculations are kept distinct from generated language. Sources, timestamps, requested ranges, model assumptions, missing inputs, and uncertainty qualify the result they belong to.
Market data and sources
Data can be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, corrected, unavailable, or subject to provider terms. Company information can use different periods, currencies, and definitions. ChartCompass does not claim exchange certification, guaranteed completeness, or a direct feed for every instrument.
AI boundaries
AI is used in explicit explanation and research workflows. It can organize admitted evidence and may still make mistakes. Important claims should be checked against linked primary sources and current data; an AI narrative is not a trade instruction or individualized advice.
Privacy and account controls
Private research belongs to the signed-in account and is not made public by default. Supported account, export, deletion, and provider-use controls are described in the product and privacy policy. Public contact messages are emailed to the protected recipient and are not written to the product database.
Operations
Deployments use local-first tests, revision checks, health probes, and rollback controls. These engineering practices reduce risk but are not a formal security certification, uptime guarantee, or warranty that the service will be uninterrupted.
