One catalog across the product
Welcome, this page, account settings, plan gates, and new subscription checkout use the same server-owned catalog. Financial values cannot be changed through the website text editor.
Monthly first, annual total disclosed
The default comparison shows monthly billing. Switching to annual shows the equivalent monthly rate and the full annual charge before a customer continues. The annual saving is compared with twelve payments at that same ChartCompass monthly rate.
Existing subscriptions remain intact
A catalog update applies to new subscriptions and customer-initiated plan changes. Existing subscriptions keep their current price unless the customer chooses a change; historical price identifiers remain recognized.
